Works perfectly most of the time, especially with sentences. Perfect app. Actually one of the very few apps I ever recommended to friends and colleagues.

I LOVE this app and use it regularly! It translates in many languages and even gets much of the slang. You can always tweak if need be. You can speak or write what you want translated and the app will speak and write for you. You can copy, paste and email or text the translation. I use it on my Iphone and Ipad. Very good on the Ipad for direct conversation with other nationalities. Also..Very Important.....I have translated multiple pages without long delays or space limit! I have tried many apps of this type but SayHi is my best!!

I have to explore it a bit more, but so far it was doing a great job.

Helped me out of some funny situations like sharing s hospital room with a Russian.

Some bad moments

The app is ok for basic translation. Grammar is off but helps with basic understanding...at least from English to another language. Problem, no offline capabilities! Need this app most when traveling and in many tourist areas data is not available...at least for free. Ie beach in Brazil. Pls add some offline functionality it would make the app a real tool.

I purchased this app with the intention of using it as a translation aide so that I could decipher a Russian video I found on YouTube about event planning. Here are a few examples of ACTUAL Russian-to-English translations this thing managed to cook up: "It turned out this marriage of rats is used tampon worth" "That guy from a height of a telegraph to guard whatever amount" "And Im the wind has experienced clouds tease you" "Team of professionals consists of comedians nightly romantics tired after tomorrow" "Damn so to do and then f**k that Babes" So either the person presenting the video has REALLY bad Russian, or the creators of this app are having a REALLY good laugh... at (literally) our expense. Dont waste your money.

I have purchased the app along with the 3 month premium in order to access the Persian module. I was surprised to find that the persian module does not support voice in any way... ie. it does not read me the words... and it does not allow me to state the word in persian and get it back in english. ... which basically means I just paid almost $10 for the same functionality as Google Translate. (and the good translate app is free). I was surprised that your website does not indicate that there are 49 languages that are currently in "beta" and have no voice support (basically its a text translator for those languages). I googled some more it the hopes of find an explanation.. but Im will to admit that perhaps I missed it online.. because I cant believe that it wouldnt be documented somewhere so that people could review which languages support voice before they bought it.

I purchased this app in order to work with a Farsi speaking student and the app doesnt even offer this language unless I spend more money. So, in order to use the Persian language they offer, I have to sign up for a subscription at an additional $3-$6 that automatically renews and charges me again every 3-6 months. I would not have purchased it in the first place if I had known the initial fee did not cover the only language I needed it to. It seems like a cool app but Im quite disappointed.

Very good in Thailand but the Khmer language is in beta. So, the person can read the translation in Khmer but cannot speak in the app aether write because I cannot have the Khmer keyboard on the my iPad.

Used to be the best translation app in the business. Recently it became too quiet for functional use and "customer support" will not answer after two emails. Do not buy.
